TMC 20th Anniversary – ITS Pioneers. We celebrated 20 years of ITS in Georgia at the GDOT Transportation Management Center. ITS pioneers, Mark Demidovich, Bayne Smith, Joe Stapleton, Marion Waters, Carla Holmes and Burt Riddle discussed the trials and successes of the launch of ITS in Georgia in the midst of the Olympics.
