Opening: Welcome and Keynote

ITS Georgia President Mike Holt opened the 2016 Annual Meeting and Expo by welcoming the sold out crowd of 150 registered attendees.

GDOT Commissioner Russell McMurry delivered the keynote address. Using the meeting Star Wars theme, he looked back the role intelligent transportation systems have played over the past 20 years improving the safety and efficiency of Georgia’s roadways and the future of ITS programs at GDOT.
