Emily Dwyer

Emily Dwyer is the State ITS Engineer for GDOT. She’s worked at GDOT for 8 years and previously worked for 2 years at a consulting firm in DC. She served on the ITSGA board from 2020-2022 assisting the program committee with monthly events and looks forward to the opportunity to serve another term.
