The success of any conference is dependent on the work behind the scenes of numerous volunteers. Here’s a great opportunity to get involved in your ITS Georgia chapter.

 

Technical Committee: Our technical committee plans all the great speakers and topics for each session. Email Gautam to volunteer for this committee.

Sponsorship Coordinator: A conference doesn’t happen without great sponsors. If you want to help secure sponsors, or ensure sponsors get the benefits they deserve, email Emily to volunteer.

Exhibit Coordinator: ITSGA has one of the best exhibitor showrooms of any conference in the southeast. This committee secures exhibitors, plans the showroom layout, and helps exhibitors with their setup/shutdown needs. Email Yancy to volunteer!

Registration Table Coordinator: Want to put a face to a name and know everyone in ITSGA? Do you love stuffing goodie bags? Join the registration table committee to work the front desk and welcome everyone to the conference with your beautiful smile! Email Matt to volunteer.

Raffle Prize Coordinator: Love to shop? Love to donate? Looking for donations for raffle prizes as well as volunteers to coordinate our hilarious and infamous raffles! Email Rachel to Volunteer

Audio/Visual Support: If you’re looking to improve your skills as a DJ or MC, this committee is for you. This group procures AV equipment, manages the A/V for the for the entire conference, and makes sure our speakers sound as good as they look. Email Ken to volunteer!
