THEME: Evolution of ITS – From 1947 (when Jekyll Island was established) to what’s coming in the future

As the Technical Committee begins putting together the program for the 2023 Annual Meeting, we would like to make a call for papers for ideas and topics for sessions and presentations.

New this year! Lightning round sessions are being considered for your quick presentation ideas. These will include multiple (5-7) presenters in a single (60-90min) session with limited speaking time (7-12 minutes).

SUBMISSION: Below are the submission guidelines for creating your abstract. Submissions can be sent to the emails below.

• Guidelines: Abstracts should be innovative, educational, and informative and lean away from being marketing/salesy in nature.
• What to submit: Each submitted abstract must be in English,
  fit on one page, and include:
  • Topic: General presentation description
  • Presentation Abstract: 250 words maximum
  • Contact: Presenter’s name, company, address,
    phone number, email address
  • Preferred Duration of Presentation:
    7-12 mins (Lightning*) ;  20-25 mins (1/2 cr) ;
    45-50 mins (1 cr)
  • Name your abstract
  • Preferred presentation day (Monday or Tuesday)
• Deadline: Submit Abstracts by 03/10/2023
