Winter Horbal

Winter G. Horbel, P.E.,  is a native of Cullman, Alabama.  She received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Auburn University in 2001.  Winter is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Georgia.

Winter’s 15‐year engineering career began in the consulting field working for Paul B. Krebs Associates, Kimley‐Horn and Associates, and Foresite Group – where she began their transportation division.  Winter joined Temple in 2012 as their Traffic Product Salesperson for the state of Georgia.

Throughout her career, Winter has been extremely active in multiple professional organizations.  For ITS GA she has served as part of numerous committees over multiple years, including:  Scholarship Committee, Elections Committee, Technical Coordinating Committee, and Membership Committee.  Winter has been on the ITS GA Board of Directors since 2014 and is seeking another term.

Winter currently lives in Berkley Lake, with her stunning husband, beautiful daughter and their two super cute dogs.
