Matt Glasser
Matt Glasser is the National TSMO Account Lead at Arcadis. In his role, Matt assists agencies with developing and enhancing performance management, strategic plans, and technology deployments. Prior to joining Arcadis, Matt was employed by the Georgia Department of Transportation in its Office of Traffic Operations, where he worked in arterial and interstate operations. He has been on ITS GA’s Board of Directors since 2015, serving on the Programs, Legislative, Membership, Training, and Annual Meeting Committees.
Matt obtained his BS in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech and is registered professional engineer in Georgia and Florida.
