Holly Painter
Painter is a Professional Engineer with nearly 18 years of transportation engineering experience. She has spent her career focused on transportation design, bridge design, and ITS/traffic operations. As an Client Account Manager/Senior Project Manager at KCI Technologies, Painter works primarily on contracts with GDOT, City of Roswell, City of Sandy Springs, NFCID, and PCIDs. She is well-known and respected across Georgia’s engineering industry, holding active roles with numerous organizations including ITS-GA Board Director, ACEC Georgia Board Secretary, ASHE Regional Vice President, as well as GA-ITE, ACEC STEM, WTS, and FES/FLENG. Painter currently serves on the ACEC/GPTQ Procurement Subcommittee and Procurement Negotiations Task Force. Painter’s accomplishments have earned her multiple awards including ENR Southeast’s “Top 20 Under 40”, 2020 GSPE Young Engineer of the Year, and 2022 ITSGA Presidents Award. Her latest accomplishment is being voted as a KCI Board Member in 2022 to 2024.
