Billy Stalcup

Billy Stalcup is president and founding owner of 360 Network Solutions, LLC.

Graduating Summa Cum Laude from Lee University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Billy moved from Cleveland, Tennessee to the big city of Atlanta, GA in pursuit of a career in music business. Upon the realization that music and business were not a very good fit together, Billy found himself strategically involved in the rapidly growing industry of Intelligent Transportation Systems.

Working as an ITS Sales Engineer, he was fascinated with providing technology innovation to overcome transportation challenges. Starting back in 2005, Billy has played an integral role in deploying the Industry’s first ITS Network Video and Communication backbones across the South. His strategic involvement in such projects as GDOT’s Ramp Meter and Video Detection Deployments, Expanding CCTV Surveillance coverage statewide, and GA’s 511 Video Sharing Solution provided more than a decade of hands-on ITS experience that gave him the opportunity to build not only a career but an organization dedicated to the support and development of technology innovation for Intelligent Transportation Systems.

In 2013, Billy opened the doors to 360NS with a mission to promote technology leaders that will support the ITS industry. A father of three beautiful girls with a boy on the way, Billy lives in Marietta, GA with his wife Jessica and is a connoisseur of fine, craft beer.
