Gautam Mistry

Gautam Mistry is a seasoned ITS and traffic operations professional with over two decades of industry experience. As a Project Manager at Arcadis, he specializes in Integrated Corridor Management, signal operations, and connected vehicle applications. Gautam is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies to improve road safety, mobility, and efficiency.

My 10+ years involvement with ITS Georgia has been pivotal in fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within the transportation community that includes DOTs, local agencies, developers, contractors, and consultants. My expertise in
transportation management systems will be a valuable resource for ITS Georgia members and will assist in keeping them at the forefront of technological advancements. As a member of the Board of Directors, I will be able to contribute to spreading awareness in technological advancements and development in national policies within the transportation community.

Steven Sheffield, PE (GA)

Product Marketing and Strategy Manager, Seyond (Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR)
With over 25 years of experience in Traffic, ITS, tolling, and product development, I currently serve as Product Marketing and Strategy Manager for Seyond. Seyond is a global leader in 3D LiDAR hardware and perception software solutions for smart infrastructure applications. I have a Professional Engineer license and a Master of Fine Arts in Historic Preservation, which reflects my passion for combining innovation and sustainability in the built environment.

I am responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for Seyond’s products and services in the United States, partnering with perception + analytics software providers, customers, and stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions that not only enhance the resolution of vehicle and VRU detection, but also support improved efficiency, accuracy and mobility. I leverage my technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills to identify market opportunities, create value propositions, and generate demand for Seyond’s offerings.

Some of my recent achievements include bringing the first full LiDAR-based solution through NEMA TS2 certification, getting LiDAR on state DOT QPL, launching many successful pilot projects with state DOTs and municipalities across a multitude of use cases, and increasing not only brand awareness but also thought leadership of Seyond in the Traffic and ITS industry.

I’ve served on the Board of Directors for ITSGA over the last four years, recognizing the importance of supporting an organization comprised of volunteers to advance our industry, highlighting our successes, and providing a wealth of opportunities to support the professional development through regular engagement – and because frankly, it’s just fun.  The quality of content and service provided to our professional community are each driven by the commitment of our board and our volunteers.  While my work seeks to push the technological envelope with ITS, my participation in this organization seeks to inform and enhance the engagement of our members.  To that end, I would love to have the opportunity to serve this organization another two years and make them some of the best we have experienced.  I appreciate your vote and look forward to continuing to serve this organization.

Kelly Patrick

Kelly has been working in the transportation engineering industry for more than 20 years in both private and public sectors – starting with Kimley-Horn in Florida & Georgia, more recently with Cobb County DOT for 13 years, and now with Arcadis. One of her passions is supporting nonprofit organizations, especially in the transportation industry, and she has set aside time specifically for this in her personal life. The community within ITS Georgia brings together many different backgrounds and expertise to continue to be a leader in sharing new technologies and methods toward improving traffic and safety throughout Georgia. If elected as a Director on the Board, Kelly will encourage others to join the ITS Georgia community and volunteer their time on committees to help make ITS Georgia the best Chapter in the country!

Troy Galloway

Troy lives in Marietta with his wonderful wife Teigan and three kids Phoebe, Graham, and Isaac and is a graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University.

I have served as a board member for the previous two years working mainly on annual membership and am looking forward to assisting on other committees and assisting with membership moving forward. I would like the opportunity to serve another two years to keep growing ITS Georgia and leading the organization through the ever-evolving world of technology.
